it tasted very good, i had to use spicy mustard instead but im sure it dosnt matter. It could of been a little bit sweeter but overall very good, quick, and easy.

I had some leftover canned whole cranberry sauce so i used that instead of the Jam and added a packet of sugar free sweetner to sweeten with spicy brown mustard and the vinegar. I also added 1 tsp of minced garlic. I cook the garlic with the chops and then added the glaze. My pork chops were super thin so it didnt take long to cook. Very tasty.

Exactly as advertised; quick, easy, tasty weeknight. I prepared as per the recipe except that I replaced half the cider vinegar with balsamic vinegar and made it more a glaze by adding earlier and letting it reduce. Like it!

My husband was not too keen on Pork chop's, he is more of red meat guy. I did like the others and poured the sauce over the chops and made a glaze. He loved it and we have them a lot. I also passed it onto a friend and she baked them in the oven with the sauce on top. Her hubby loved them as well. Definitely a hit!

As a real newbie this sounded simple to fix & was. I didn't have strawberry jam so I used grape jam instead. I followed other's suggestion of cooking everything in one pan & did so in order to keep the mess to a minimum. The chops came out perfectly moist & were great. I did add some cranberries to the mix though. My wife loved it & so did I. This one's a keeper
