This was really good. I did put salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder on the pork before cooking, and I used a cherry, raspberry, blackberry jam. They were really moist.

Instead of using your sauce as a topping, I basted the pork chops with it and baked! I actually had extra-thick pork chops so I butterflied and then basted. YUM! Gave boring ol' pork chops a great sweet flavor - without having to load them up with unhealthy breading! Thanks!!!
