My husband LOVES this for breakfast. I sprinkle a bit of garlic salt on the crust and it tastes great! I also used the reduced fat rolls for the crust.

When I run out of meal ideas, we will often have breakfast for supper. I was tired of the same old scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon routine, and this casserole was an easy, delicious meal that was quick to prepare. I did add some onion to the sausage when I browned it and used 6 eggs (with 1 cup of milk) instead of the 4. I took the advice of other reviewers and cooked the crescent rolls for 5 minutes before adding the sausage, cheese and eggs. I also cooked the casserole for 30 minutes on 375 because the eggs just weren't done before then (I don't like runny eggs!) My husband and kids enjoyed it and the leftovers reheated well for breakfast this morning. Thanks!

This was good. My family loved it! I increased the eggs also. Needs some zest maybe hot sauce or veggies. Over all worth trying.

I followed this recipe exactly, though I did use linguica for the sausage and I also browned the croissant crust for 5 minutes. It turned out excellent!

This was an excellent recipe. I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and baked the crescents for about 5 minutes before adding the other ingredients. I also added chopped onion, green pepper, and fresh mushrooms. It was fantastic!

This was easy to make and tasty. I used 6 eggs and used cheddar cheese instead of mozzerella. I also used 1 cup of milk. I took the advice of other reviewers and baked the crescent rolls for about 5 minutes first. It reheats very well. I would make it again!

made for christmas morning. Added 2 extra eggs because just didn't seem like enough. Pre baked crescent rolls a little so didn't get soggy. Everyone liked it. No great WOWS but everyone said it was okay. Thanks.

Christmas morning was the first time of making this casserole. Family loved it and decided it shouldn't be made only for holiday mornings, but for any time since it's so yummy and easy to prepare. I didn't change a thing and didn't have any problem with the middle not baking enough, as some mentioned. I would imagine it depends on ones oven. Oh, one after thought....my hubby and I had the little bit that was left for our breakfast the next morning. Nuked up very well and was still delicious.

Excellent! This was polished off with many compliments. I baked the crust for about 5 minutes and then cooked the whole thing at 375 for 20-25 minutes (not sure exactly...but it cooked all the way through perfectly). I didn't have sausage so I used bacon, but I'm sure it would be yummy either way. Definitely will make again!

We just had this for Christmas brunch and it came out great! It was a bit "oily" so I would definitely suggest allowing the sausage to drain for a little longer or "wipe" the sausage down before adding it to the top of the cresent rolls. Other than that it was very filling and had a wonderful taste to it. Thanks!

I have made this 2 times and everyone gobbled it up F-A-S-T!!! Very easy and versatile and very tasty too! We made it with pre-cooked bacon when in a hurry. Had to let it cook a little longer than 15 minutes. Used cheddar cheese. YUM!!!

I made this for our holiday breakfast at work and it was gone in a flash. I like how easy it is to make, especially if you brown the sausage the night before. It goes together in a flash and tastes great.
