Good and easy. Used ham the 1st time and sausage, mushrooms & green onions the 2nd. 4 eggs makes it more crusty; 6 eggs makes it more eggy (bake a little longer).

This is pretty good! I followed some of the advice and prebaked my rolls for about 7 minutes, used 6 eggs, and used a mexican blend of cheese instead of mozzarella. I thought the crescent rolls made it a little sweet, but I was the only one who noticed and my family gobbled it up!

This recipe was so yummy. I would give the flavors 5 stars but have to give 4 stars because mine turned out very watery. I think there was just too much milk added. Next time will cut the milk down to half. The only thing I changed was to add defrosted hashbrowns to it. Wow that gave it an awesome flavor and texture. Thanks for the recipe. I will totally make this again. I am thinking of making this in muffin tins and freezing for my daughter for breakfast. She really loved it. :)

This is a great easy way to make breakfast. I do agree making the sausage the night before helps it to be less watery. I used this for Thanksgiving breakfast since there are so many other things going on that morning, no time but this tastes and makes it seem like you had time.

My family loved it! My husband and oldest son (12) hate casseroles, so I was not optimistic when I decided to make it. But I needed something quick for dinner that used the sausage I had on hand. It was such a hit, that they both asked for seconds!

This is a nice easy meal, great for breakfast or brunch. I did cook some onion and green pepper with the sausage and put the croissants in the oven for about 3 minutes to bake on their own so they would be cooked through.

I made 4 of these for a church function and they turned out great. Definitely prebake the crust so it doesn't get soggy. It's easiest to cut into squares with a pizza cutter.

I used half the sausage and that was enough for us. 5 XL eggs. Onions and green peppers cooked with the sausage. It was amazing. I did prebake the rolls 5 min on 375 and had to cook the whole thing about 8 minutes longer since I upped the eggs. It was GREAT!

Excellent flavor- the only thing I did differently is let the crust bake for 5-6 minutes before adding the rest. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!

This was simple and tasty but had too much sausage for our taste. We'll make it with half a pound next time.

YUMMY!! I read a lot of reviews before making this and came up with the following: I cooked sausage and allowed to sit on paper towels to soak up the grease. sprayed the dish with cooking spray, cooked the cresent "crust" for 7 mins. Used 8 eggs, combined sausage and eggs in skillet, cooked about 3 mins stirring constantly, just to allow them to set up a little.(others had mentioned the eggs not cooking well in the oven) poured over cresent topped with shredded colby jack cheese. Baked @375 for 20 mins. This turned out PERFECT!! Allowing the eggs to cook on the stove for a few mins is important because the crust doesn't get soggy and the eggs are cooked completely without the crust burning!! Thanks for a great recipe!!

My family enjoyed this recipe a lot. I used bacon instead of sausage. I kind of thought the eggs were too overwhelming, so next time I would only use half the eggs, and maybe spread some cream cheese over the crescent dough. I think I would even use frozen shredded hash browns next time. Other than that it was delicious and I would definitely make it again.

This turned out very well for a Saturday brunch with friends. It was quick and easy to prepare. I added more egg to keep it from being too dry and it was perfect (7 eggs to 1 cup of milk). I also added some green and red pepper and onion. I also took others' advice and substituted the salt with seasoned salt. I have also added tomatoes and ham to change it a little. It's a very simple recipe that you can modify to your own liking. Enjoy!
