Lemon Chicken Soup I

The chicken comes first in this easy recipe. Four ingredients (orzo pasts, beaten egg, and lemon juice) plus salt and pepper, and you have a tangy and filling chicken soup. Delicious with a large Greek salad.

Rich in chicken flavor, this traditional broth is lightly seasoned with herbs. Besides making wonderful chicken soups, it can be used in casseroles, rice dishes and other recipes that call for chicken broth.

Hunker down with this chicken, sausage and rice stew. Note: This recipe is what is called 'low country cooking.' It is a term used in the coastal regions of South Carolina. Chicken Bog is even served at local restaurants in South Carolina along with other local favorites.

Caramelized onions create a glazed chicken with a mellowed bite. This is a great chicken recipe that I learned from my grandmother. It is simple and tastes delicious! If desired, serve with roasted potatoes which have been coated with the sauce.
