seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
ripe tomato, peeled and diced
sweet onion, very thinly sliced
green onion, chopped
2 (1 gram) packets
saccharine-based sugar substitute (such as Sweet'N Low®)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
I haven't made this but my friend did and it was AWESOME!! Don't let the watermelon/tomato/onion combo discourage you, it's sooo good!!
Very good. I did not peel the tomato and cut it into 1 inch cubes to match the watermelon. I used 2 rounded cups of each (watermelon and tomato)and substituted 2 tsp of honey instead of the saccharine. The dressing was about double of what I needed. I will definitely be making this again. It went perfectly with broiled chicken with adobo seasoning.
Yummy! I substituted red onion and omitted the sugar
