I think this recipe is an awesomely creative and cute idea. I'm not sure why the other review said it was too bitter and gave it one star. It's just package jelly.. You're not suppose to eat the lime skin

These looked great. But after we all took our first bite, we decided never to have these again. VERY BITTER. Would have been ok if served in a watermelon look-alike dish.
