Even people that don't like blue cheese love this wonderful hot dip. It can be served with vegetables, but I find that people like it best with French bread.

I created this lighter version of a hot spinach dip after my husband and five kids raved about a similar appetizer at one of our favorite restaurants, says Debbie Marrone of Warner Robins, Georgia. TIP: It's great with tortilla chips, bagel chips or low-fat wheat crackers, Debbie suggests.

Chicken breasts are stuffed with blue cheese, bacon and spinach in this dramatic yet easy main dish. This is a recipe I came up with while trying to use up some leftovers from another recipe. You can add more or less pepper depending on your taste. My family liked it hope you do to.

This dip is very rich, chunky, and cheesy! Try serving it in a bread bowl.

Warm Brussels Sprout, Bacon and Spinach Salad

Brussels sprouts have a delicate nutty taste that is only made more tasty by inclusion in this salad. They 're lightly sauteed in bacon drippings with a handful of caraway seeds, and then fresh spinach, oil, vinegar and a bit of sugar are added to the pan for another minute 's cooking. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

I love the addition of bacon to this cheesy spinach and artichoke dip. It's a family favorite around the holidays. My nana passed it on to me. I hope you'll enjoy it!
