The sauce is excellent; the wraps are even good without it.

Awesome wrap sandwich! I love ham and Swiss so I had to give this a try. I didn't use shredded Swiss just regular slices and subbed chopped celery for the green pepper. I used Hellman's light mayo and dijon for the prepared mustard along with a bit of salt and cracked black pepper. I didn't bother heating these, I just warmed the tortilla in the microwave a bit in order to make wrapping the ingredients inside a bit easier. These were so good served with dill pickles and kettle cooked chips!

I generally make myself fairly boring lunches - leftovers or whatever else is easiest to grab. While this required a little more lunchtime effort than I'm accustomed to, it was a pleasant, healthy, and certainly more interesting lunch. I used all the ingredients listed and I think all contribute their part. I particularly liked the chopped green onion which gave it a little flavor spike. I preferred not to heat it and I loved it that way. As for the dressing, I'm a big fan of Dijonnaise, so I used Dijon rather than the prepared (yellow) mustard called for and eliminated the sugar. The celery seed gave it distinction and was well suited for all the vegetables, however, I think I would have preferred the dressing without it. For me, the only thing lacking was salt and pepper. Not only was this delicious and full of flavor, it was colorful and pretty too.

I used radicchio instead of lettuce to give it more color. Also I tossed the vegetables with the dressing, enough to coat them, and put that on top of the cheese. It was absolutely delicious.

These were very tasty. Good combination of veggies with the ham & cheese. They were something different than the ordinary sandwich or wrap.

Awesome! I made these today to take for a picnic in the park. They were delicious. The only changes that I made is that I used swiss slices instead of shredded (bought the wrong thing) and I left out the green pepper. I'll definitely be making these again. They would be a great quick meal when I don't feel like cooking.

Very good. The Swiss is a nice touch. I didn't warm mine up, but it was still tasty. I had some leftover cabbage salad/slaw so I used that in this recipe. (The recipe is from this site, Favorite Cabbage Salad.) This is a nice change from your typical cold lunch sandwiches. This I'll for sure be making again. EDITED 06/11/08: I made this again today and added chopped jalepeno rings. Even better. This is such a good wrap.
