Yum! I made very few modifications... I increased the non-potato ingredients a little, especially the mustard. I also added some finely chopped celery for crunch and some chopped up left-over chicken breast (which I warmed up before adding.) This made it a whole meal that I fed my kids with a side of apple slices... Both kids liked it & said I should make it again.

I really liked this recipe. I made it with 4 potatoes instead of 5 and used the same amount of dressing. It worked fine. I didn't have any onion so I put a tiny bit of onion powder in the dressing. The only other thing I did was add a little yellow mustard just for a little extra tang. Otherwise it was really good!

Very good dish. I had some red potatoes that I wanted to do something different with and this was a very good warm salad. I did not have any green onion so I added a little Mrs Dash onion seasoning

Good potato salad. I enjoyed it better warm than cold. After first serving I added a little dill weed to the dish, that enhanced it a little.

I would give this 5 stars but I think for 5 medium spuds, you really need to double the ingredients stated in the recipe. I'm not a fan of potato salad swimming in dressing, but as written, it is way too dry. I also upped the amount of Dijon. Thanks!

So fantastic it was all gone before the BBQ food was even ready & my husband asked me to make more the next day. The only thing I added was Bacon. This is now a family & guest favorite in our house!
