This is a great bread when lightened up. I swapped the flour measurements to lighten the texture, added a tablespoon of honey to the liquid, DONT heat your yeast to 120 degrees, 105 to 110 is all yeast can take. I proofed the yeast with the liquid a bit and then mixed. The bread needs very little flour added if any, DONT over work it, it doesnt need alot. It was when dark brown its toasty and nutty. Brush with real butter.
