This is ok, but I prefer it the way my mother-in-law makes it, using yoghurt instead of mayonnaise, and shredded chicken. It is quite a popular side dish in Turkey. I also add salt to taste, I probably don't add the full teaspoon. We also sometimes don't bother with the celery as it is hard to find here.

This was tasty, but a little different than expected. We had this on croissants, and I think it would have been much better on crackers. I am ranking this a four because I think I did not serve it properly. Would not make as a sandwich.

This is a good basic recipe. I added 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip and used it for sandwiches. If you do not have Miracle Whip, I suggest you use a tablespoon of sugar to sweeten it up just a bit. Yummy!
