Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (skinned before cooking and cooked without salt)
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, walnuts, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and garlic powder. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
