Deliciously balanced flavors. The mayo/yogurt sauce was perfect for this dish. Will make with slightly more sauce next time. My husband loved it. I used dried cranberries instead of raisins. Will definitely make again - great dish for a brunch or larger gathering.
I was looking for a healthy way to use leftover brown rice, and this was perfect. The only change I made was to use sour cream instead of yogurt, because it's what I had, and I doubled the rice, which was a good change. Very healthy and good. I'm going to work on substituting the mayo for something healthier, but I'm quite satisfied. I may make it for company for the 4th of July!
Pretty good. Used dried cherries instead of raisins. Also used 2cups rice. I could have chopped apples into smaller pieces, personal preference.
