1 head garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, broken into small bits
4 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt

Super yummy and simple to make! I didn't have sausage, and didn't miss it. Used 2 pounds of clams, served them over pasta, and had crusty bread to dip in the broth. Delicious!
