Five minutes of preparation, and then you can relax while the chops and onions simmer on the stove. Great with parsley potatoes!

This is how my Brazilian mom prepares pork ribs. Boiling the ribs with the seasonings ensures that the meat will remain moist and juicy, and that the flavors will fully penetrate the meat. I hope you like these as much as I always have! Serve with lime wedges, rice and a fresh green salad.

Tender chunks of boneless pork simmer with fresh cherries, jalapeno pepper, honey, and Mexican-style spices to make a sweet, zesty sauce with a little kick at the end.

Pork spareribs are rubbed with a sweet and spicy dry rub, slowly smoked over red wine and fruits, then finished on the grill with a sticky barbeque sauce. A chimney smoker with a water pan is ideal for this recipe.

'This easy treatment for pork caught my eye when I was paging through a cookbook and saw the word 'caramelized,' Elisa Lochridge recalls from her home in Aloha, Oregon. 'The slightly sweet glaze is yummy. I like to serve this over noodles or rice...or with mashed potatoes.'

Our family's favorite. Slightly sweet and spicy with a light non-tomato based baste, that doesn't overpower the delicious falling-off the bone meat. We have also used this recipe on pork shoulders.. Devine!! BBQ sauce is never needed, but if you must, only use your favorite!

For such a simple recipe with so few ingredients, the flavor here is incredibly deep. The onions come out creamy and are the perfect companion to broiled or grilled sausages. This is excellent served with mashed potatoes.

This is an excellent dish for a barbeque party. Make the ribs in advance, and when your guests have arrived, all that's left is to grill them. You'll have them wondering how they got so tender and tasty so fast.
