INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Hot Non-Alcoholic Coffee

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar and butter. Mix in the buttermilk, vanilla and flour. Pour filling into pie crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
