INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the garlic, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl; mix well. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, constantly whisking until the dressing is thick; season with salt and pepper.
