All Day Versatile Sauce

Beef or pork neck bones simmered with sauteed vegetables give this sauce a rich flavor. Add tomatoes and cook for several hours until you can't stand to wait any longer. Discard the bones and serve the sauce over a hearty dish of pasta.

Ground beef and chopped onions are cooked with parsley and olive oil, then simmered with a pleasing blend of tomato juice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and just the right amount of Worcestershire to give the sauce an extra kick.
