Used orzo cooked in chicken broth instead of the pkg mix. Added some chopped celery and a bit of garlic salt. A tad bland, probably because it didn't have the seasoning that would come with the pkg.. Think it would be good with curry powder added to the mayo before incorporating it. Think the flavors will be better when it is made the day before.

Wonderful for dinner in the heat of the summer. This recipe made enough for two dinner and four lunch servings. We love it with a little smoked paprika or Greek seasoning sprinkled on top. The different seasonings change it up.

I gave this a five star. It looks weird when first made but once it cooled for a few hours it looked better and tasted awesome. I added an orange pepper for more color but that was all. This is a keeper.

My best friend made this for a party last night, and it is sensational. Her version was baked for 20 minutes, but I had it again today old, and it is still amazing. When I make it, I think I'll add capers and maybe even sliced mushrooms or chopped sweet pepper.

I jazzed it up with some fresh lemon juice and served with lemon wedges for garnish. I thought it was pretty good. My husband promptly declared this one of his favorite foods of all time -- no small feat!
