bulk Italian turkey sausage
1 1/2 cups
sliced fresh mushrooms
plum (Roma) tomatoes, chopped
1 (13.8 ounce) can
Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain
shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onions, if desired
We liked this. Had to use regular pizza dough because they didn't carry the artisan version. Regular pillsbury pizza dough worked fine. I also subbed chicken chorizo for the sausage and we added more sauce. Great week night dinner - just add a salad.
