Needed a bit more flavor for me since I was the only one eating this....more heat...used red onion as my onion of choice and all of the rest of the veggies listed....just ok for me...not great....ate this carb free and totally omitted the rice....may make again with a few changes. Thanks!

Wow! This was a nice stir fry!! What I loved about it was how easy it was! I added a tsp. of fresh ginger and more garlic than called for ( I love garlic). For the sauce I only added 1/4 cup of water and it was not soupy at all! Can't wait to make again! LOVE this!

We've been using this recipe for a couple of years now. Love it's simplicity, my kids often have seconds, and I can use whatever vegetables we have on hand.

This was ok for a quick, healthy lunch, but it was pretty bland. It needs fish sauce, oyster sauce, and/or ginger.

Just made this last night. The awesome thing about stir fry is you can make it anyway you want - with varying veggies. I used green and red bell peppers, broccoli, onions, and snap peas (and forgot to add carrots). The sauce really was too much, so I didn't add all of it. I wasn't super impressed with the sauce, but it was easy and the flavor was good enough. I may try it next time with ginger and red pepper flakes as suggested by other members.

I did half a bag of stir fry veggies with some fresh broccoli and red peppers and served it on brown rice. My boyfriend actually ate this and enjoyed it which is funny since he always says "If its green its not for me." The sauce is such an awesome simple sauce. The meal was complete in about 10 minutes. WOW.

Very good! Thanks for the recipe! My husband was impressed and couldn't believe how similar it was to the stir frys we get in chinese restaurants.
