"Awesome veggie burgers without beans! They're made with leftover carrot pulp from juicing carrots. They're tasty, filling, and my kids love them. You'll never miss the meat! Serve on buns of choice with ketchup, lettuce, and tomato slices."

crispy corn cereal squares (such as Corn Chex®)
grated carrots, squeezed dry
finely chopped celery
salt and ground black pepper to taste
I gave 5 stars for first trial but unfortunately the mixture does not produce the same good burgers after freezing. I think it is because the chez absorb moisture and becomes soggy. Make only what you will use that immediately.
