Very good- not really sure i have much to add to the recipe, other reviews, etc. I made it as is ('cept I just used whole eggs, I was lazy- whites would have been even better). Quick, easy and fairly healthy meal ('specially if you are not lazy like me and use the whites only). thank you!!

I used this recipe as a filling for crepes and topped them with hollandaise sauce. Excellent egg scramble.

Great recipe that's good for breakfast or lunch. I used minced garlic instead of garlic powder and was really surprised at how good this tasted. It was perfect with a side of whole grain toast.

I will definitely be making this again. I used chicken broth instead of wine, mixed dried basil into the egg mixture, skipped the mushrooms and added sliced prosciutto. It is a great recipe to use whatever is in your cupboard.

Meh. These were ok, but they weren't that great. if you're looking for something low calorie/fat, there are MUCH better recipes in the healthy eating section.

I chose not to use the wine, instead mixed the shredded cheddar cheese with the eggs and poured the mixture over sauteed onions and chopped mushrooms. Didn't have fresh basil, so just added some dried to the veggies as they were cooking.

This is a good dish. However,I switched it up a bit. I added minced garlic instead of powder I also added whipping cream into the egg mixture (which I did not separate). I added basil into the eggs as they were cooking instead of added it at the end. When the eggs were done I kept them on the burner and added a few slices of american cheese on the top and stirred it in as it melted. My husband and I like the american cheese better for this specific dish. We had baked french toast with this and it turned out to be a good brunch. Thanks for the recipe,we will use this again :)

I just used all the eggs and didn't separate the whites and it turned out great!
