Vegetarian Tortilla Soup

People have offered me their firstborn children for this recipe; it is simple, easy to make, and delicious. It's also vegan if you don't add the cheese at the end. If you prefer a more spicy soup, add a dash or two of hot sauce before serving.

This dish is thick like a chili, but isn't spicy at all. An easy and hearty weekday dish, it's vegetarian if you use vegetarian worcestershire sauce, loaded with flavor, and all the veggies are RED! Make sure not to skip the cheese.

This soup is a tradition in my family. We usually eat this wonderful, spicy stew every Sunday afternoon after church. Warning, this soup can be really spicy, use caution when adding chile. Enjoy!

Drunken Winter Stew

This potato and cabbage soup is drunk on only one beer! Beer and spicy mustard imbues it with a lovely piquancy and a heady aroma. Serve this over rice with a good stout ale.
