This is our new favorite spaghetti! Sooo good! I don't like garbanzo beans, so I substitute with cannellini beans or whatever beans I am in the mood for. And I use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. Yum!

Tried it tonight. It was pretty good. I did not use the cheese, because I am trying to do less dairy. Otherwise, it really worked out well. I gave it a 4 because I do miss the meat, but I do plan on doing it again.

I thought this sauce was really good! I wasn't crazy about the chic peas though. I'll leave the chic peas out next time and use mushrooms instead.

We're easing into eating less meat and this was a yummy, and very easy recipe. I really liked the garbanzo beans in the pasta. I did make some alterations using what I had on hand. I didn't use celery because I didn't have any. I also didn't used onions because my husband doesn't like them. I used onion powder instead. Instead of the celery I used defrosted bell pepper mix and chopped zuchinni. I also added more spices like basil, parsley, rosemary, and crushed red pepper flakes. Yummy!

I didn't like this recipe. I felt it was bland and tasteless.
