I made this one night when I had nothing else in the house to cook. It was easy and surprisingly very good. It'll definitely make it to my table again.

Try with ditalini to make it easier to eat with a spoon. Also if you add a little tomato sauce instead of the butter it makes it completely new, a little healthier and still vegetarian! Great comfort food...
