A real, old-fashioned cassoulet slow cooked in a 20th century kitchen appliance. The beans cook with the duck, sausage, and a variety of herbs and vegetables.

This is a very tasty dish consisting of all kinds of fresh vegetables and herbs baked in the oven. This will tantalize your taste buds. It has been a sell-out at our Greek Church at every function for five years now. We serve this on toasted, warm pita bread.

This is a basic recipe that you can play with for seasonings and ingredients. My first batch was good, but since then I've experimented with more or less spice, other veggies like mushrooms, and meat. It's different every time I make it now. Serve over basmati rice with naan bread.

Cook the potatoes. Cook the kasha and bulgar, and then the vegetables. It takes a bit of time, but the end result is sensational. Mix the kasha, bulgar and vegetables together and pile into a pan. Top with mashed potatoes and bake.

Grab your slow cooker and the ingredients for this wonderful chili and you have a party in the making. Everything goes into the cooker and emerges two hours later as vegetarian chili.

This is one of the best, easiest, and tastiest vegetarian chili recipes I've ever tasted. Whenever I make it, my friends devour it. Best eaten with tortilla chips, Cheddar cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. What a treat!

Easy, delicious slow cooker recipe that uses some of those dry beans hiding in your pantry. Just about any bean can be substituted for the black-eyed peas. If you don't want to soak beans overnight, you can use the canned variety.
