When I get a craving for orange beef, I make up this tofu stir-fry! Pieces of firm tofu in a mildly spicy orange sauce. Serve over rice noodles, and use any vegetables you like!

This is absolutely the best way to eat tofu, especially for first timers. The tofu has a slightly crunchy exterior while the inside is nice and soft. I used to make my stir-fry with chicken or beef, but my husband won't have it any other way than tofu now! And my 2 year old loves it! It is a delicious, easy, quick, and inexpensive meal. Serve with Asian noodles or with steamed rice. Enjoy!

These are veggie burgers with a kick! Shredded carrots and zucchini are combined with tofu, onion, celery, egg, bread crumbs, basil and curry paste. Serve on a bun, if desired.

This is the Korean equivalent of chicken noodle soup - it is a comforting, cure-all soup. It is also spicy and fresh, and easy to make. You will have to visit your local Asian market for some of the ingredients. Vegetarians may substitute vegetable stock for the beef.
