Good as is but even better after a day in the refrigerator and pulsed a few times in food processor.

Great concept, but not a huge fan of the dressing. Think this needs a much lighter dressing. Something balsamic may be worth trying.

Made this for a Polish Wigilia get-together. Everyone loved it! Glad I took the recipe with me as it was asked for. Love the addition of broccolo, cauliflowerets and tomatoes. I used grape tomatoes in mine - about 10. Used a half bag of slaw and half bag of broccoli and caulifowerets already in a bag at the store ($1.99). Will make again! Thanks Julie!

I tried this recipe after reading it in Light and Tasty magazine. My whole family (extended) loved it. Every time I serve it people go back for seconds! I use a bag of cole slaw mix rather than shredding cabbage, a little easier. It's different and delicious!
