Suprisingly delicious! I used 3 cloves of garlic, Japanese mix frozen vegetables and added about a tbsp of water when I was heating them. It looked like way too much butter but turned out perfect, as I made quite a lot of pasta! Husband loved it! Will make again.

Very easy and fast! I added chicken broth and chopped tomatoes which added enough moist to the meal.

This was certainly quick and easy, and had a great taste. I did find it a bit dry and rather than use more butter, might add some chicken broth next time.
