I made this as a side dish and it came out great! The other things I did differently were that I added 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and I sauted the frozen veggies in a little butter before adding in the rest of the ingredients. It came out great and the tomato sauce added a nice color to the rice!

As is, this receipe is terribly bland. I added seasonings, butter, and cheddar cheese to make it edible; otherwise, we would have never eaten this.
