Vegetable Noodle Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen California blend vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cubed process American cheese
  • 1 packet chicken noodle soup mix

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Stir in vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6 minutes. Stir in cheese and soup mix. Return to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
