It was just so/so. My husband didn't care for it, neither did I. I put it in the slow cooker after browning the meatballs. Maybe that was the problem. My 2 year old still ate it though.

Thought it was very good. Next time I will use a higher grade beef because it was a little greasy.

Great recipe. It was easy to make and can use with any vegetables on hand. Cook time varies depending on vegetables used.
