Very good! Not traditional lo mein taste but still very tasty. It was a little too spicy for the kids leaving a nice burn on the lips but the adults loved that!

My friend made this for a huge catering event she coordinated and cooked for, and I helped her with, and the dish was a huge hit with guests and the catering staff. Everybody was fighting over who could take the leftovers home. I felt the recipe was perfect, but a few people said they'd cut back on the honey, so perhaps it's sweet for some. It's a perfect dish for lunch and leftovers!

Great! However I didn't use spagetti noodles, I used chinese Lo Mein noodles. Wonderful. Our guests loved it.

It was pretty good, did not "wow" me so not sure if I would make it again. There are just too many other great recipes to try that could be "wow".

My bf and I really like this recipe. We'll probably add it to our list of easy to make recipes that we rotate through. I didn't have bean sprouts so I've sliced green beans or snow snaps for the times that I have made it (added it with the carrots, etc). I also didn't use the honey as others suggested. While the spaghetti is tasty, I think it might be good with actual lo mein noodles next time. The pictures that are up with this recipe show huge chunks of veggies. I would suggest slicing them thinly as this makes the dish very easy to cook and eat.

Excellent! Hubby and I gobbled it up! I didn't have any curry powder so that got left out. Also didn't add the honey. Used jarred ginger. Doubled the sauce cause we like it saucey! Bought fresh, cut up, mixed veggies from produce area. And added 1.5 lbs of shrimp at the end. Yum!

I made this recipe for dinner and was not very satisfied as I found it to be too sweet. It was difficult to pinpoint any one flavor because the sweetness overshadowed the dish. The problem is that salting it while it's on your plate makes it instantly turn from sweet to too salty. If I make this again I'm definitely going to cut the honey and hoisin and see where that gets me.

Excellent sauce! A little hot for my taste, but my husband and 3 year old did not find it hot. I did not add curry powder as I didn't have any and also forgot the soy sauce and it was still great. I just used a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables and some frozen shrimp with about 2/3 a pound of spaghetti. Loved it. Thank you!

I just made this for my fiance, it was delicious! Like the other reviews mentioned, I left out the honey. Unfortunately, we couldn't find bean sprouts at our grocery store, but I added green beans which were delicious. I added garlic salt, also. Very good recipe!!

You could sell that! I didn't have hoisin sauce. I had duck sweet & sour sauce which I got from the dollar store and it tasted great! Will be in regular rotation with our dinners. THANK YOU!

This was good, but I like a stickier lo mein--this was too saucy. I'd reduce the broth if I made it again. I made a few minor mods: veg broth, julienned zucchini for carrots, curry paste. I also made my own hoisin, and I used soba noodles. Pea pods would be a great addition to this recipe.

I've made this recipe many many times. No bean sprouts or mushrooms though. I put all the vegetables in the food processor, to hide them(: Amazing recipe.

I'm always looking for recipes that will satisfy my vegetarian daughter and my meatetarian son. This one was very tasty. The meat lovers added leftover rotisserie chicken to it and we ate every bite. The only problem was no leftovers!

This Lo Mein recipe taste like a place we get take out at. To make it faster I would add 1 to 2 bags (depending on how many vegetables you like)of stir fry vegetable to the mix along with the bean sprouts. Would make again.

I love lo mein. This does not taste like any lo mein I've ever eaten. If you didn't think of it as lo mein and ate it over rice instead of adding spaghetti it might be an okay Asian dish.
