If I have leftover spaghetti noodles, I use them to make these stir-fried noodles. Otherwise, I just cook up a fresh pot.

I tried this when I was going to school full-time and wanted something quick, foolproof and delicious, writes the Amesbury, Massachusetts cook. My family loves it. TIP: For a change, use chicken breasts and chicken gravy instead of ground beef and beef gravy, Penny recommends.

This flavorful stir-fry is easy and relatively inexpensive. It's served over ramen noodles, which is a nice change from rice we usually have. To simplify preparation, I use store-bought garlic infused olive oil instead of minced garlic and olive oil.
