It was good, i thought it would be better if maybe i sauteed the mushrooms 1st on the pan before cooking the veal, this way more mushroom flavor would go into the meat, but i didnt. I followed recipe and it was good. I will make it again but not on a regular basis

Excellent recipe. After removing the scallopini, I added white wine and lemon juice to create the sauce. I didn't have many bits leftover in the pan after the frying was done. Always a go-to recipe for company...

I made this with chicken cutlets as my wife has a thing about veal, best chicken I think we ever had. Added a little white wine at the finnish to the sauce.

Fast and easy. Ingredients are cheap except for the veal. Have a side dish of pasta with a nice olive oil sauce as a side.

Not bad for a thin breading. Might try egging and breading a 2nd time then next time I make it. Veal cooks very fast so be sure not to overcook! It gets rubbery. Will make this again.

Easy and delicious! I added a dash of dried parsley, basil and garlic powder each to the flour mixture and basil leaves to the broth. Definitely a keeper!

made exactly as per recipe, very nice light sauce, very easy to make. just be sure the cutlets are tenderized before you cook them or they will be a little chewy.

I love this recipe. So quick, so easy. My kids (4 and 7) aren't big fans of mushrooms so I sautee red and orange peppers with some onion - I dice up about 2 cups for sauteeing. I serve it with long grain rice and usually serve it with a steamed fresh veggie like asparagus or broccoli. Delicious.

Very tasty! You can always depend on this dish to come out well if you take your time with the frying-part. I use white wine in place of chicken broth though. Tonight I actually made it with pork and it was still yummy.

I cooked this for Valentine's Day dinner, since I wanted to make something different & special. I thought the veal turned out very good & tender cooked this way. It was tasty, but I felt it was missing something...still can't figure out what though. My husband (the picky eater) loved it!

Really good. I made with chicken pounded to about 1/2 inch thick. Added garlic powder, lemon pepper, herbs and parmesan cheese to flour. Added a squeeze of lemon juice and capers to final dish. DELICIOUS!

I added a little parmesan herb seasoning to the flour (about 1/4 teaspoon) very good. Also, I used gluten-free flour and it was great! I have celiac so it's always nice to find a recipe I can adapt to my diet.

I love this recipe - this is now my 'go to' veal recipe. I usually use veal shoulder blade (chop) and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Other than that, I follow the recipe exactly and comes out delicious every time. Quick and easy. Thanks for sharing.

This was a perfect recipe! Very tasty and easy. I did add oregano and a bit of provance spices to the flour, but besides that I didn't change a thing-- everyone loved it.

I was looking for a recipe that was comparable to something I've eaten at Johnny Corino's restaurant. This was it! I doubled the sauce & paired it with linguini. I tossed the extra sauce with the linguini. Will definitely do this over & over!
