These were incredible. We ate them way too fast and I am going to have to make another batch tomorrow. The only change I made (accidentally) was dropping three eggs in, instead of 3 yolks. They still turned out fabulous. This is definitely the "go to" recipe for crepes.

It was a little too thick for my husband and I, more like pancake mix, so we added another 1/2 cup of milk to thin it out. Then it was very good with a mixed berry filling, whipped cream, and syrup for breakfast.

So good! I didn't think I could make crepes that easily, but they were a huge hit at brunch.

awesome! I wouldn't change anything about the recipe. I did however fill the crepes. I put some frozen strawberries and sugar in the microwave and made my own whipped cream mixed combined with sugar and some cream cheese. I suppose you could use whipped cream you got from the store, but making it is so easy and tastes so much better. Just beat heavy cream and sugar until stiff (or consistency you want)and add room temperature cream cheese. YUM! Great recipe with or without filling. Jen

These crepes are wonderful. I made mine stuffed with cream cheese filling...4oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup cpnfectionary sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Got rave reviews! They are even good the next day!

Good, the batter was a little thick. I added a little milk because it seemed too thick. The batter never really came together like I think batter should, but they still tasted really good! I'm no expert crepe maker, I've only made them twice, but they were really easy and tasted oh so good. I had a little difficulty getting all the lumps out, but it didn't seem to effect the taste of the crepe at all.

i used 3 whole eggs, and reduced the vanilla. They stayed together great, not too thick at all. i will reduce the butter next time and add more sugar. Great recipe

What a fantastic recipe! The flavor is perfect. I did agree with some of the other reviewers and found it a bit thicker than I like. I did make a couple minor changes to the recipe that I think make them perfect for us. I upped the milk to 2 cups, I lowered the eggs to 2 egg yolks, added 1 3/4 cup flour. We also used 1/4 cup sugar. I can't remember if that's different or not. What a wonderful flavor! Thanks for the recipe.

These were very delicious, but a little thick. I will thin it out a little more with more butter or milk. Thanks for the great recipe!

Excellent recipe. I made mine a little too thick so they took longer to cook and were a little doughy, but I'll know better for next time. I topped mine with Nuttella just before I took them off of the heat. They were awesome and a big hit with the kids and my wife.

I love this easy crepe recipe for special occasion breakfasts (It's become a Christmas tradition!) I usually use a little less flour or more milk to make the batter thinner.

I'm giving this one five stars because the taste is great. I have never had a problem with greasiness but I did find the batter was way too thick and needed quite a bit of additional milk. We like our crepes quite thin so the batter has to be only slightly thicker than cream. This batter seemed more like pancake batter at first but I've made them several times so now I just plan for additional milk and they're perfect. Great with strawberries or some other filling. :)

These crepes are soooo good! Even if you make them thicker like a pancake they taste great. My husband surprised us with these and wouldn't tell me where he got the recipe. Lucky for me he didn't clear out the web browser and I was able to see the recently viewed recipes. ;D

2nd time making crepes. These were great. Followed advice for additional milk, less butter + vanilla. Seemed too greasy when pan was sprayed, came out great without the spray.
