Yummy! We used whole wheat flower (King Arthur white whole wheat) and the complete eggs. Mine came out a little thick and pancakey. Next time I will turn down the heat a little. This said, my son actually ate them with bananas in yoghurt with whipped cream and powder sugar.

This was so easy to make. I wish I had used whole eggs - the crepes were slightly thicker than I wanted, and I think the whites might have made the moister difference. Excellent taste though!

Excellent recipe. I have cut it in half, doubled it, tripled it, and even quadrupled it, and it came out great everytime. I add a little more vanilla since i like the taste. Just as it's getting done I like to fill it with chocolate-hazelnut spread or with melted butter and caster sugar. Great treat for kids. Kept batter in the frdge once overnight and made it for breakfast the next morning, still amazing. Enjoy it!

Wow, these are really tasty. I filled mine with Nutella & whipped cream. They were gone in no time. Will make again!

Added 2 tsp cinnamon. I use white chocolate chips for filling after spreading in pan - they melt and no other filling is needed. Awesome recipe.

This was my first time making crepes and this recipe turned out WONDERFUL. My family loved them. You can eat them plain, they are so good. Thanks for sharing it.

Very good. A keeper. Easy to make.I used my cast iron griddle to make the crepes and they turn out very nice. I placed wax paper between each one until I was done with them all. Then I put the baked bananas in them. both worked together well.

Absolutely delicious! This is a great recipe if you have kids, also. I put diced strawberries and whipped cream out on the table and let my 5 year old son make his own. He thought it was so much fun (and also thought the crepes were very good).

Great recipe! After reading the reviews here, I added a little more milk to thin it a bit and mixed it all in my blender. They smelled divine and tasted even better! Just a spray of Pam is all you need to grease your pan.

Really really good! I did one whole egg and 2 egg yolks. I spooned the flour in to keep it fluffier and I mixed it all together in a blender. Turned out great. My whole family raved. It made a lot of crepes, but we ate them all! We will definitely make these again.

This is a delicious recipe! The texture was perfect - not too dry. I did add 3 whole eggs, as suggested by other reviewers, but everything else was the same. Yummy! My husband was in crepe-heaven!

Excellent! Per Suggestions, Upped the milk to almost 1 3/4 cup, 3 whole eggs. Shorted the vanilla by 1/2 tbs. 3 tbs POWDERED sugar, and four tbs melted butter. Tossed in a pinch of nutmeg. From "OVERNIGHT BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST" recipe on here, I whipped up the blueberry syrup (1 cp sugar, 2 tbs corn starch, 1 cp water, 1 cp blueberries, 1 tbs butter), which was the perfect topping (Don't fill crepes with this though - far too sweet - just a drizzle on top is PERFECT!) Yup, be makin' this one again.

Simple and delicious. I, too, used whole eggs and it turned out great. We stuffed them with a reduction of blueberries mixed with cream cheese and they were terrific! Next time I'm going to try a savory dish using this recipe. Thanks!

REALLY good. That is a direct quote from my kids. My 2 cents-- I threw all my ingredients into the blender and poured from there... much easier.

Such a hit! Even though I wasn't able to sift the flour, the small clumps were not even noticeable once the crepes were cooked. Try topping them with fresh oranges, bananas and blue berries, its fresh sweet treat.

This is a perfect crepe recipe. I add a little more milk because the batter tends to be too thick. I have made these several times and have even served them to guests! They are always a hit.

I made this recipe for the first time tonight and it turned out EXCELLENT. I added a few more tablespoons of milk to make the batter a little more thin but everyone loved it and asked for seconds. Very quick and easy.
