Very Good; however, I would add more milk to make the consistancy more smooth/thinner. Also, adding apples fried in butter/sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg is a wonderful addition --- tastes just like an apple dumpling!

I made this recipe last weekend - my first ever attempt at making crepes at home - and it turned out perfect! I did add about half the vanilla, since I was adding fruit and syrup. I kept batter and made crepes twice more, it kept very well. I do need to work on my batter spreading skills, but will definitely make those again :).

The smell is heavenly, like the description suggests. These are perfect with powdered sugar alone, they are that good. No alterations are necessary. Best crepes I've ever had, and I lived in Europe for 3 years!

I just finished eating mine and it was SOOO amazing- I made two with just the vanilla extract but then I deviated- I decided to be bold and throw some dried culinary lavender into it. I then made a vanilla cream cheese spread (Cream cheese, vanilla syrup and powdered sugar) and added a little sliced red plum into it and I think I have my new favorite breakfast! If you have some lavender to add, try it if you're the adventurous type- it may be worth your while! The recipe itself- very delicious. I have a horrible sweet tooth.

This was the first time I have ever tried making crepes and I was impressed. I will try to make them thinner next time by spreading the batter. We put fresh cut strawberries and warmed cottage cheese in the middle and dusted with some powdered sugar. My grand daughter filled hers with scrambled eggs and cheese.

I used two whole eggs, 4 tablespoons of butter and added a tad more milk, because you don't want it too thick. It should be soupy. Make the crepes as thin as possible, and spray or grease the pan before each crepe. I found this to allow them to cook more evenly. Using a ladle to put the crepe batter in the pan works well, and i also didn't use a crepe pan, as i didn't have one. Lemon juice and sugar is delicious inside, as is nutella with bananas. If you don't sift the flour, whisking the batter works just as well, and is also easier cleanup.

When I made this I also put the batter in the blender! So easy. HOWever, I forgot to add the butter (later found it in the microwave, melting haahahha) and they still turned out perfectly.

My husband had crepes when we were in Cancun that he said were out of this world, so I went on allrecipes to try and find a recipe since I had never made them before. I found this one; it was easy to make and my husband thought they were as good as the ones in Cancun! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I halved this recipe because I was just making it for myself and it was delish. I first did the milk, vanilla and eggs in the blender then added the rest of the ingredients and it came out perfectly. Once I flipped the crepe over I put Nutella on the one half then folded it in quarters. Excellent. I've made other recipes where the egg was the prominent taste but with this recipe all the flavors blended together nicely.

Very very good! - Did the recipe as written and we thought they turned out great! I used a large flat pan, kept it on very low heat, and used Pam between each... no problems with the edges wrinkling, the color being spotty or dimpled, or greasiness (as others had mentioned). I will definitely have to try the different filling suggestions next time I make these.
