I wanted to try something different...so I thought these cookies sounded pretty good. Well these cookies are the best cookies I have ever had! Absolutely delicious...everyone who tried them loved them. I will definitely be making these again...(I made them last night and they are already gone).

I just made these 12/20/11 and think they turned out great. I placed a quarter of a cherry on the top of each cookie.. yes they do spread a bit or you can really make this recipe economical by dropping very small drops. I used two sticks of blue bonnet margarine. I also let each sheet set before spatula'ing the cookies off. (I'm using aluminum cookie sheets, that are older than me!!) I bought vanilla chips to make something different and really like this for a change and the cherries add holiday color. My 16 yr old son tried one and loved it.. he does not like chocolate so this recipe is great.

Mine, like others, just fell apart after spreading greatly. Makes me wish I'd read the reviews sooner! Next time I'm trying a little more flour to firm up the dough, or more soda so they rise, or as has been suggested before, less butter. Yummy though. Too sad looking to take to work with the rest of the cookies.

My girls like to eat the cherries right from the jar, so I knew they were going to love these cookies. They turned out great, and the whole family enjoyed them!

I found this recipe in the tasteofhome magazine. I think they are wonderful! I don't really like cherries or vanilla chips, but I love this cookies!

This recipe tasted very good for everyone that ate the cookies. I made 2 batches of them, gave lots of them to my grandchildren and to plenty of my neighbors. My husband and I enjoyed them. Thanks for the recipe.

I wanted something sweet tonight but not too sweet and so I thought that this would be good to make. Well... I don't know where I went wrong but they turned out to look like baked pancakes. They tasted ok though. I am not sure if I am going to try and make this again? I did use the suggestion of only using half the bag of chips and that still seemed to be a lot.

I think these cookies are delicious! My kids and husband agree! I did only use 1/2 a bag of white chocolate chips, the whole bag just seemed like to much! They came out so good! I gave them away in my Christmas cookie tins and everyone loved them! Thanks so much for the recipe!
