The best pizza crust I have ever had. I usually have problems with pizza crust baking up evenly. This one baked evenly. It was simple. I did sprinkle it with garlic powder too and it was totally delicious!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, I liked the crust and it was so easy to put together. I ended up using only half the dough because I prefer thin crust. I froze the other half for another time. I need to play with this a little more to figure out what I think was missing from the crust. It turned out crispy on the outside with a little bit of a chew to it, just like I like. I just think the flavor wasn't what I was looking for. I will try again for sure.

This was an excellent crust. The only thing I did different was to roll out the dough using a rolling pin,and sprinkled about 1 tablespoon of cornmeal on the pizza stone. No need to precook the dough.

I love this crust. The second time I made it; I added a tablespoon of white corn syrup to the dough and rubbed the exposed crust with additional olive oil adding to the crispy texture.

great and simple pizza dough recipe. it doesn't get any simpler than this, but it tastes great. make it for any kind of pizza - but i'd recommend adding some garlic, onion, or parsley (or any herb really) and that'll make it taste like what u'd get at a home-style pizza place.

This is a great quick pizza crust. I was able to whip out 2 homemade pizzas in about an hour ( doubled the recipe ). I let my yeast mixture sit for about 5 min. to develop. The texture was nice and chewy. Next time I'll brush the edge with olive oil to give it a little more crispness. Thanks.

Very easy crust to work with. I generally use a bit more olive oil--approximately 1/4 cup--and a mixutre of whole wheat and white flour. I also generally pre-bake the crust before topping. Makes it a bit crunchier and keeps the toppings from burning!

This is the best pizza crust. I have had compliments that it taste better than your local pizza delivery. It is very simple to make, just make sure you get a good rise. I like to add olive oil to the bottom of my pizza pan for a crispier crust.

This was a great recipe! I used it for breadsticks and dusted the top with garlic salt. They were fluffy and delicious. Thanks for the recipe, I can't wait to use it for pizza.

Yum! I replaced 1/2 cup white flour with whole wheat. I thought the dough was too wet after I made it as directed, so I added a few tbsp of flour until it was easier to work with. I baked it in a pizza pan and it was soft on the bottom. Next time I'll cook it for 5 min or so, flip it over, and then add my toppings before baking the rest of the time. Great, easy recipe, thanks!

Delicious, quick, & easy. This recipe is similar to the "Quick & Easy Pizza Crust" recipe on this website, but the texture and taste were a bit better. We'll be using this one from now on.

This is a great recipe. So simple and it tastes great. Next time I make this dough I am going to add some garlic and butter to the outside crust for a little added flavor.

At last-an easy, tasty pizza crust! Only thing I added was about a tsp. Italian herbs and some garlic powder. This is a keeper!

I am not much of a fan of homemade pizza, but I decided to try this because all of the pictures looked great. I tried this and have made it several times, I really love it! I make my own pizza sauce with tomato sauce and paste and spices and I buy a block of mozzarella cheese and I grate it myself for the top. Turns out great everytime.

This is a favorite recipe for quick dinner nights. The ten minute rest is just enough time to gather toppings and make sauce (add your favorite italian seasonings to one can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes). I have also used this for focaccia bread. Just top with herbs, a small amount of cheese, and more olive oil.
