I wouldn't say this tastes like pizza...the crust came out a bit "doughy" underneath. Hubby said it tastes more like Hamburger Helper. It was good though, I added mushrooms. I would make this again.

My children loved this when they were growing up. Be sure to let it stand for about 10minutes after removing from the oven so the cheese will set up. Use your family's favorite pizza toppings and they should love it.

Okay. Little too soggy and the crust didnt seem to be enough? Maybe double the crust part next time.

i really liked this. it came out a bit weird, as we don't eat milk and meat together, so i left out the beef, and made my own sauce. i poured it into the pan and thought: wow this is going to be pretty wet... but i went ahead anyway, i figured it would work out since i'm following the recipe! but it came out good anyway. i brought it to my parents to eat and everyone loved it! thank you!

I thought this was really good. My toddler LOVED it (ate seconds, and is a very finkie meat eater). I did add 1 italian sausage link to it. I cut my servings to 6 and used a smaller pan. It was GREAT and my husband said a new staple.

I really shouldn't "rate" this recipe since I haven't made this particular version, but I make a similar recipe frequently and wanted to make a few suggestions. After baking, allow the pizza to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a pan or cutting board and sprinkle liberally with parmesan. This enhances the "pizza" look. Also, experiment with toppings-- I use whatever I have on hand. It definitely is not gourmet pizza, but it's a pretty good, quick, weeknight meal.

Decent pizza alternative if you want the taste but are lacking yeast. I added Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to the crust. Pretty good.

We loved this. It was simple and had the pizza flavor that I know my teenagers will eat. It was easy to add anything you would normally put on a pizza.

Pretty good and very easy! I spread butter on the top and sprinkled garlic salt on after it was done. My kids added parmesan and grated cheddar, too. I think adding more "toppings" would add more flavor.... pepperoni slices, mushrooms, olives, green pepper, etc. It's really up to your own taste. Thanks for the recipe!

There is another upside down pizza recipe on this site that I have been making for years. It uses cresent rolls. My family likes it way better than this one. Thanks anyway.

This was really good...even better the second day. It was really easy & I usually have all the ingredients on hand. The bread was my kids favorite part. Next time I may melt some extra cheese on top right before it's done.
