This recipe is awesome!! Not sure of why others had a difficult time. Mine came out perfect! I sprayed my muffin tin with nonstick spray prior to the first bake. This wasn't mentioned in the recipe. I also used fresh peaches tht were frozen, thawed, and very well drained. Thank you so much for sharing!

These did not work out. When I inverted them, I ended up with half-muffins covered with loose peaches, butter, and a disk of brown sugar. Such a disappointment!

These muffins tasted great, they were definitely more like dessert than something I normally serve with dinner. I don't know that I'll make them again because they were a mess to get out of the muffin tins. The peaches and goo stayed in the tins and I had to scrap it out and put on each muffin. Not sure how to remedy this.

this was a great twist on the standard muffin. the bottoms make these tasty treats tops!! Also, I'd definitely recommend using fresh peaches, not canned. i used canned and the peach slices kind of slid out of their places when turning out of the muffin tin. I think the fresh peaches would have held their form more while cooking, especially if arranged so they're vertical in the muffin tin, not horizontal.
