Yummy! I'm not a fan of whole peppers for regular stuffed peppers. This is perfect...and the kids at it too

It's quick and easy, and the kids actually eat it. They won't touch regular stuffed peppers.

I love this recipe it's quick and sooooo easy, taste almost as good as my grandmothers oven stuffed peppers. Will make again and again.
