Awesome. I was making this recipe off of memory at 5am and forgot the vinegar. Also used all lime juice, kept everything else the same. Very good, tender, juicy and delicious chicken, thanks for the recipe:)

Used splenda instead of brown sugar. Very good flavor, would be great to use leftovers over a green salad if there had been any leftovers!

Made for the first time for a lot of people. Doubled the recipe and used 9 chicken breasts and marinated overnight. Everyone asked for the recipe it was that good.

This was pretty good, certainly did make the chicken very tender, however they weren't the best flavored chicken we've tried. Followed the recipe to a tee, except we sear and then grill over indirect heat.

Pretty good but had to substitute limeade for the lime juice and prepared mustard for the ground. I think it will be better when I have the correct ingredients but definitely was not disappointed!
