It was good... but it wasn't unbelievable. Will definitely make it again, though. Just doesn't quite live up to its name.

I think the title "unbelievable" set it up for disappointment for us. The marinade didn't really "take". I tried it a day later using more salt and it was better. I pan fried it and the lovely sauce caramelized so it was almost like a Teriyaki Chicken. The chicken came out soft and moist. Just needed more intensity in flavoring. I used jarred mustard instead of dry mustard and maybe that was part of the reason!

Very good. I followed the recipe exactly and everyone loved the chicken. I had the chicken in the marinade for 8 hours ... may do an overnight "soak" next time for even more flavor.

Really, really good. Followed recipe exactly and loved the way it turned out. Used leftover chicken and cubed it to serve in salads during the week. Will definitely make again!

This is an awesome marinade. I've found that even after marinating chicken, it can still be a little bland after it's grilled and many times, it needs BBQ sauce. Not the case with this marinade. The chicken was delicious on its own! I didn't have time to marinate it for very long, but it was still way yummy.

This a really good chicken marinade. I've made it numerous times without changing the recipe one bit. Perfect for the summer grilling season.

Hmmmm....well believe it or not, we really didn't like this. It was too tangy and my husband said it tasted like vinegar to him. Due to a last minute change of dinner plans this sat in the marinade overnight. The Hungry Teen liked this okay and had seconds. It wasn't bad, but I won't use it again. Thanks.

The title tells it all! There's no need for anything extra, not even bbq sauce to eat this chicken! My kids can't keep their fingers off the plate! Love it! Make sure you turn the grill down a bit when you cook it though!

Very good! I was looking for a chicken marinade without soy sauce, so I tried this, and it was excellent. We'll be making this again.

Phenomenal! I'm a little garlic happy so I used a whole bulb of garlic. The chicken was super. Nice and moist. Wife says, "Again!" Use a couple of freezer bags to marinate 3 breasts each. Makes it easier to turn them in the marinade.

This is the best marinade I have ever used! I've been grilling chicken for many years but this is the first time the chicken stayed so moist! I followed the recipe but didn't have any fresh parsley.

So far so good, I just mixed this marinade up to use overnight for grilled chicken tomorrow and if it tastes as good on grilled chicken as it does right now, I can't wait! Literally I could almost drink this LOL, I'd probably be sick, but it is yummy. Made a few changes but nothing major......I doubled the recipe, didn't have fresh limes so just used lemon. No course ground mustard so used Dijon and only have thighs and drumsticks in the freezer with skin on, so that is what I'll use. After Father's Day lunch tomorrow, I'll update on chicken flavor, but again, so far so good! **For some reason, I've ended up with two profiles on here, one with my other reviews and pics, the other w/o...have to fix that later. Update: After marinating chicken overnight, we grilled it last night and it was good. Due to the oil in the marinade, the skin of the chicken burned and therefore, the taste of the marinade was lost. I'll use this again on boneless skinless chicken and may even blend it in a processor and use it as a dressing for salad because I LOVED the flavor by itself.
