This recipe is AMAZING!!! My husband asked when I was going to make it again. I followed the recipe as far as ingredients were concerned, but I baked the chicken in the marinade instead of grilling it. It was moist & FLAVORFUL!!! I highly recommend this recipe!!

I thought this was OK, maybe a little bland. I make a similar recipe with honey and a little spice that has more flavor.

I made the recipe exactly as stated. I cut the chicken into thin strips and on a wooden skewer. They came out great! Really tasty, not too tangy with all the vinegar, mustard, lime juice and lemon juice. It was not too sweet, not to tangy. Perfect!

I was less than impressed with this one. The flavor was a sourish honey mustard. Usually I agree for the most part with the recipe's reviewers, but not this time. I won't be making this again.

Excellent summer grilling recipe! I made exactly as stated except I used bottled lemon and lime juice. I'm sure it would be sooo much better with the real stuff, I just didn't have any.

I was only able to marinate this for about five hours, and it was still delicious. The children loved it and my husband and I thought it had great flavor. I will definitely make this over and over again.

We loved this chicken! I used yellow mustard because I didn't have the coarse ground. Marinated for 3 hours and reserved some for basting. Yum yum yum!!! Thanks so much!!

I made this two nights ago, and it was a hit with my family. We love grilled chicken, and my husband and kids all told me they didn't want me to use the old marinade ever again! I followed the recipe exactly, and allowed the chicken to marinate overnight. The chicken had a great flavor, and was juicy and tender.

This was really really good! Even if one uses this as a "base" marinade, and decides to add barbecue sauce at the last minute, the marinade really adds a lot of flavor that goes deep into the chicken. This one is a keeper! I am passing this recipe onto friends and family.

This did not turn out well for me. I followed the recipe exactly, and marinated my chicken for approx. 10 hours. The chicken itself was moist, but the marinade added nothing to the flavor. For such flavorful ingredients, I was really expecting more. I'm obviously in the minority here, though, so maybe I did something wrong. In any case, I don't think I'll be making this again.

Yummy! I made the recipe as stated with 2 exceptions...I didn't have a lime and I used Splenda brown sugar blend. I was only able to let it marinade for 2 hours, but I used 'chicken strip' sized breasts and it seemed ample time. It was really, really good. I served it with Peanut Sauce I from this site...because Peanute sauce I makes the world a better place.
