Simple and tasty. I baked the potatoes the day before and they turned out great. I did mix some of the bacon in with the potatoes and topped with the rest.

Tried doing twice baked potatoes so many times, but could never get them to turn out for one reason or another. These were delicious! I made extras and have them in the fridge this week. Next time I'll have to get larger potatoes.

I made this w/ red potatoes , that was all I had so I baked 2 of them took filling out of both put in bowl.. Kept the shell of the larger red potaoes. I had to use bacon bits because I was out of bacon.. I used Wisconsin Extra Sharp White Cheddar cheese & diced up couple slices of yellow onion.. got my blender out mixed everything together.. OMG you can lick the blender handles I filled back up the potato shell it over flowed some so I wrapped extra aluminum foil to support hold the extra filling... WHEN IT WAS DONE, THE BEST BAKED POTATO I ever had.. I didnt ad topping at all except the butter because I forgot to mix it in. If you like potatoes this is the best way to eat them.. Hell you actually can make bake a lot of potatoes & blend together make this into a cassarole soufle.

I make these for Christmas Day dinner every year. I prepare them the night before and just pop them in the oven the next day. Easy to customize since my son and FIL don't like onions, I just leave the green onions off a few.

I do these on the grill (from baking the potatoes to finishing them) and add a few more slices of bacon. They are incredible!

Family loved these! I used Hormel REAL bacon to save time and clean up. I used low-fat cheese, sour cream, and milk and it still tasted amazing.

Bake ahead of time, I add cream cheese, garlic and parsley to mixture as well. Reviews very helpful, especially using the plastic bag trick to fill them!

I thought this recipe was good, but needed more sour cream. I would use 1 1/2 cups or maybe even 2 next time. Other than that, delicious.
