These were very good. Not the best I have ever tasted, but very good. I never review a recipe unless I make it exactly as written, but next time I think I will take the suggestion of adding the cream cheese to it.

I did not have bacon or scallions on hand, but they were good anyway. Next time I will make sure to have all ingredients. It was a little soupy, so I will add a little less milk next time.

Yummy! This recipe is awesome! I made these with some steak and salad, my family loved it! Now when my in laws come to visit they always want these and they are pretty easy with some planning ahead! My husband hates cream cheese, but he doesn't even know I use it in this recipe!

I love this recipe! I had to bake the potatoes a little longer to soften them, however, it was well worth the wait!

Delicious! Mixed in sour cream and half and half along with Colby Jack Cheese. Added some bacon to the potato mix as well as topping. Melted Mozzarella on top. What a hit!!

These are SUPER!!! Followed the recipe exactly the first time and they came out perfect. Have tried different cheeses and it comes out wonderful every time. I nuke the potatoes first and then bake since I normally make a small batch.

I made these AWESOME taters for my hubby. He LOVED them!! The key is to use the biggest potatoes you can find. I added some garlic and pepper for extra flavor. They came out VERY good.

Cook it at 400, it won't be done at 350. Nothing special about this twice baked.

This recipe was just alright. It lacked pizzazz. Personally, I think I will use more cheese and sour cream next time and try to add a flavorful garnish.

For the 1000th review of this recipe, I give it 5 stars!!! My husband and I have been married for less than two years and had my in-laws over for Christmas Eve dinner in our new house. I made two for each person and we didn't have any leftovers! In fact, I could have eaten one or two more myself. What I love about this recipe is that it seems so elegant and labor intensive, when really it's not. I did all but the last step the night before, placed them on a baking sheet and wrapped it in saran wrap in the fridge overnight. The next day when I got home from work, all I had to do was pop them in the oven to let the cheese melt. Wondering how it would be to replace the sour cream with a little cream cheese/blue cheese mixture...

These were a big hit. I used more bacon and mixed some into the potatos directly. Since it was my first time, I baked an extra potato in case I messed up a skin whiles scooping. Sure enough, I did mess up a couple of skins. But that just made it so the remaining skins were overflowing with filling. Which is not a bad thing.
