What a great recipe. I made this for a bridal shower brunch and it was a big success. It was simple and delicious. I added green peppers to one and nixed the onions for another to make sure I hit all taste buds. I also prepared it the day before which allowed to work on other things instead of worrying about the entree.

This dish was a big hit with brunch guests. I usually try out a new recipe before deciding to serve to friends, but my schedule was too busy for that. After reading the reviews,I was a bit nervous. I cut back on the sour cream by about half. It was very good. I will keep this one and use again and again.

Very good breakfast for a group. We recently served it alongside French Toast and juices, and everyone wanted the recipe (and went back for more). Add more ham or cheese to your liking. I use lowfat soups and sour cream with no sacrifice to the taste. Good stuff!

I thought this was good, a little soupy. Guess it should set before serving. Husband suggested using half the amount of sour cream (he's not a big sour cream fan). Definitely worth a try.

This recipe is SO GOOD! I doubled the amount of cubed ham, and cooked it a while longer (probably my oven ;-) but I cannot tell you how many compilments I got on this recipe - it is a WINNER! So yummee!

Potatoes sausage Nice change from the sausage & egg recipes, which sometimes taste too much like just eggs with cheese. Great for Brunch since it contains all the basic things you want; meat, eggs and potatoes but I would make it for dinner also.

This is to be a favorite of mine! Taste like one I have had at a favorite resturaunt. Next time I make this I will put into a larger pan to have it more thinner and crisper!

This recipe was fabulous! This recipe certainly impressed our out of town guests and my husband too! The only change I made was to add another cup of cheese and some garlic powder and also I broiled it at the end to make the top crunchy! It's a winner!!!
